Buerger disease

Signs and symptoms include
1. Digital ischemia leading to ulceration
2. Claudication of the upper and lower limbs
3. Superficial thrombophlebitis

History-- heavy tobacco use, three fourths are young or middle aged men

Rarely strokes occur

Treatment is smoking cessation, possibly antiplatelets
